Terms & Conditions

To be follow strictly...

1. Deposit of 50% to be made before Mama start baking. Deposit is not refundable should orders are cancelled after confirmation. Balance payment to be made after we had done with the cake. All pictures will either send via email or uploaded here.

2. No bargaining on price. Dalalamama's core business is baby clothes and accessories. "Baking cakes" is purely Mama's hobby and shes only earning a bit on petrol on delivery. Compare only designs and ingredients, not price with other bakers. NO identical cakes from different bakers.

3. Self Collection. $8 off for self collection. Collection areas strictly as designated areas. Meet up at other places is consider delivery.

4. Rejected cakes. Do not place order with Dalalamama if you have doubts on our creativity and quality. Dalalamama will not entertain rejected cakes. Deposit will not be refunded in such cases.
